Early, leafy celery variety ready for harvest in 80-90 days after sowing. Valued for thick, meaty, juicy, yellowish color stems that grow up to 40-70cm long. Juicy, thick stems are perfect for juicing, salads and soups. Celery prefers cooler climates and does best in heavy, humus-like, fertile soil.
